  1. Get Endicia/Dazzle account at Endicia.com .

    You should choose a "Premium" level account so that Dazzle can scan the "XML" directory for the XML shipping file generated by Endicia Integrator and print your postage automatically.
  2. Install the Dazzle software and set up your online account.
  3. Open Dazzle:
  4. Setup your Dazzle account: (choose yes)
  5. Enter your account number and password:
  6. Purchase Postage (not recommended until you test). Simply press cancel when you reach this screen:
  7. In the lower left-hand corner of your running copy of Dazzle you should see something like this:
